I'm a creator of an anti-gravity training system. It is a unique form of bodyweight training and needs to be approached effectively. Also, it will ensure you achieve results each time you workout. I do not offer quick fixes - I offer results, as well as safe and effective training, backed up by years of formal education, training and experience. I have enough experience in the sport sector to provide outstanding Personal Training sessions, innovative sports classes, and bodyweight programmes that guarantee you hit your goals. I will be with you every step of the way to motivate, guide and educate you fully to understand all aspects of the personalised bodyweight programme. I offer a variety of programmes such as Crossfit, Calisthenics, weightlifting and losing weight. ''I took part and completed the 3 month transformation program lead by Abdullah as I was wanting to change my life by becoming fitter but was unsure of what makes a good workout and where to start. I began this program unsure of what the results i would get would be until Abdullah explained them to me, he explained the realistic results i would get for each month separately and how to achieve them. The method taken by Abdullah was a calm method in which he only asked for my best whilst trying to push me to my limits, he would also educate me in how each exercise worked which meant that I found myself improving my fitness knowledge so I could then create my own workouts when I was finished with the program. I would recommend everyone to do the transformation program with Abdullah as I have improved way more than i thought i would have with regards to fitness and way of life and because I had a great time doing it
