As someone that used to be obese, I understand the struggles that come with getting fit. After making the decision to address my size, I spent a long time looking for the magic short-cut, doi g endless cardio in the gym and trying every fad diet I could find. Until I was introduced to strength training and my mindset shifted. Instead of hating my body, I started appreciating it for what it was capable of and enjoy pushing myself to achieve more. My journey inspired me to change careers and become a personal trainer to help other people realise what they're capable of. I'm passionate about helping people find a happy place with their training. From complete beginners to the more advanced, I will work with you to establish your goals and work towards them in the best way for you. New and expectant mummies- dont let this amazing time in your life let your fitness take a back seat.
