Summary

My aim is to educate my clients about the benefits of getting stronger both mentally and physically, to show them how to feel good in their body and get a higher quality of life. As a coach want to help them to experience what their body is capable of and the things they can do if they believe in themselves. My approach is a way deeper than physically training my clients, I focus on mindset coaching, to keep up motivation and achieve sustainable results. Finally feeling my best after years looking for the right career path for me, I am happy to be able to educate people a day to day basis about bettering themselves, healthy lifestyle and exercising.

Huge thanks for all your help in my quest to get fit for 30. With all the social events and holidays it wasn't easy, but what I realised was how much better exercise makes me feel and how it's helped with energy levels, weight and also mentally and coping with stress and work pressure which seemed most important to me in the end. When I was choosing a PT, I was really worried about being intimidated or feeling uncomfortable but I never felt either of those things when training with you. You always made me feel very positive and like I was doing a good job and you're encouraging but never patronising. The perfect mix for a personal trainer :)
