I became a trainer due to my passion for health and fitness. The human body is a remarkable machine, but to keep it working well we need to challenge it and maintain it appropriately. I have made many mistakes with my own personal training and nutritional philosophies in the past which led to my spinning my wheels numerous times and getting nowhere fast. I want to help others to not waste time and make the same mistakes I made by using my extensive knowledge of training and nutrition. I don't discriminate with whom I work with and no goal is insignificant to me if it means something to that individual. Every session is tailored to the individual meaning no cookie cutter, one size fits all approach. We are all biomechanically different and have different goals. The majority of my clients have been looking for fat loss which is a particular strength of mine.

At domhaighfitness we believe that anyone can achieve their health, fitness and physique related goals no matter how big or small. We don't discriminate. You could be aiming to get lean, add muscle mass, improve your relationship with food or just simply get fitter and healthier. I offer online coaching nutritional coaching and 1:1 personal training. We adopt a flexible approach to nutritional coaching meaning there will be no FAD diets, cutting out of food groups unnecessarily or avoiding social situations. Life is for living and we believe that you can achieve balance and still reach your goal. ​My 1:1 PT sessions are based at Edge Gym, Wira Business Park, Ring Road West Park, Leeds LS16 6EB. You do not have to be a member of the gym to train with my here. It is extremely well equipped and not as busy as your standard commercial gyms. No two clients are the same, we are all biomechanically different meaning there is no one size fits all approach to training.
