I’m Emily and I’m a Personal Trainer based in Leeds. Since I was old enough to train in a gym, I have loved fitness and it has always been a regular hobby of mine, which has now become a career! I enjoy inspiring others into fitness and the self-confidence this brings, particularly when the mental benefits of regular exercise become apparent and clients begin to notice a general improvement in their mood and overall wellbeing. I ensure that a good understanding of nutrition is coupled with a consistent exercise regime, resulting in a true sensation of total fitness and good health. Together we can programme a routine that works for you as an individual and eventually becomes a complete lifestyle transition. We can begin at your level and progress at your pace, helping you to achieve the physique and mentality that you desire. Philosophy

I believe that with the right motivational support, and equipped with the right training and nutrition tools, anyone can achieve their fitness goals. No one person is the same, and so I treat each client on an individualised basis. We will always find a plan that works for you and incorporates exercises that you actually enjoy doing. I will help you with your nutrition but will never send you on a crazy fad diet. You will learn portion control and how to make informed healthy choices for yourself. I train at Pure Gym Kirkstall and can also offer online programs as well as 1-1 boxing sessions in or out of the gym- depending on your preference. If you are not a member of the gym you can either join or I can work out a price for you that would cover the membership- although I strongly recommend joining so you can interact and catch up with me several days a week, both on the gym floor and in my fitness classes, which I deliver several days a week and will also motivate you on your fitness journey.
