I have always been in sport and fitness environments since I was a child. I have been doing swimming since I was 4 years old, I studied contemporary dance when I was teenager, I have been doing fitness for 10 years and I have started body building 4 years ago. I work with clients who needs to tone up and lose weight, who needs to build muscle mass, who just needs to tone and define the body.
