Me in a few lines... I am currently a fitness, health and exercise specialist in Glasgow city centre. My passion derives from the progress I see with everyone of my amazing clients as I aid them through their fitness journey. The challenge... To inspire people as I am continually inspired myself from those I meet around me as I continually learn and develop my knowledge of the fitness world. Building confidence with in the gym is my main focus with my clients as they learn about how to utilise weight training and cardio to aid their fitness/health goals. Once weighing 19 stone, this was one of the biggest barriers to exercise for me and it allows me to understand how this affects you before even stepping into a gym. This is something I aim to eliminate when beginning sessions with me.

My way of personal training is very specific to the needs of my clients. Everyone is unique and people respond to training methods differently, I take time with each of my clients to learn their needs and adapt my way of coaching to them, ensuring success on their fitness journey.
