I started my fitness journey 8years ago. Whilst struggling with various mental health issues, Fitness Training helped provide a much needed routine as well as pushing me to get my nutrition on track. Over the last few years I have researched and tried various weight management & muscle development until I found one that worked for me. This also led to me becoming Vegan 4years ago while trying to find the best diet to accompany my training style. Modern Natural Fitness combines modern nutrition and ancient training methods to enable clients to try different training styles. I believe all exercise should emphasise natural body movements and have found this works well through traditional and alternative methods.
