We evolved to walk, run and throw. Not to sit at a desk! A Personal Trainer for five years, I specialise in three dimensional movement, posture and back care. All my training is focused on human biomechanics as we evolved to walk, run and throw; my dynamic training style focuses on our biological characteristics of the gait cycle. Working with me will take your training to the next level. A taster session will highlight areas of dysfunction on your body that you might not be aware of. Together, we will work out how they occurred and then rectify the dysfunctions with my unique training approach. I get a thrill out of helping people correct their posture; sometimes after years of suffering from lower back, shoulder or knee pain and training them to move more efficiently as a human being.
