My fitness background ranges from aerobics to basketball and strength training/conditioning. I specialise in strength training, conditioning and weight management. I have been training for over 10 years. Within these years, I’ve gained knowledge and understanding, in how to gain or lose weight, build muscle, increase endurance and strength, and finding ways stay fit and flexible.
