i decided to work with sampson due to his friendly, encouraging and positive attitude. One free session with him persuaded me to enrol on to his programme and i felt thay he would be able to help me begin to achieve that i wanted to. i had previously run a couple of 5k's and attended gyms at shool and uni but had only experimented with very basic work. Sampson took me through a spacific, foucused training regime and pushed me, with his encouraging approach to go beyond what i would normally do. I would recommend working with Sampson, he never makes you feel demoralised or that you can't achieve what you have set out to do. Hi Sampson! So just a quick message to say I have stuck at the diet now for 2 weeks with the 16 hour fasting and drinking water etc! I have lost a total of 9lbs in 2 weeks! 4lbs the first week 5lbs this week! Drinking water had made me feel so much more awake during the day even with hectic days at school! People keep asking me how I am coping without breakfast but honestly haven’t found it that hard not to eat until lunchtime! The water really helps! I did have to move my 8 hour window from 12-8 as wouldn’t fit in with lunch break at school otherwise! Anyways thank you for giving me the tools! Am loving feeling and seeing the difference! Still aiming for 3 stone before I’m 30 in August!
