Hello, my name is Shai and I've been training for over seven years. In this time I have experimented with almost all training styles and diets under the sun giving me a wide knowledge and experience base to pull from to best help you reach your goals! There is nothing I love more than helping other people and together we will definitely make your fitness dreams a reality! "Shai is very much self sufficient in providing the advice for a new starter like me who doesn't even know what to do in GYM, I signed off few contracts initially in other gyms which ended up a waste of money as I was too shy to use the Gym as the lack of knowledge in using the equipment. What I like about Shai is that he knows how to motivate me, he makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. Not having an active workout schedule for about 6years, Shai has been a great PT in supporting my training objectives. He is outcome focused, and I have been able to see continual improvement from my each session. Shai as a personal trainer is great because he makes you push the limits of what you can do, physically and mentally. He is realistic about each situation but maximises your potential because of his knowledge of fitness and focus on technique/form. He clearly does his homework on all exercises and talks from experience in everything he recommends which isn’t always the case with other trainers. I’d recommend Shai to anyone because he’s easy to work with and he makes you get results you never thought you’d achieve!
